今天 11:45 左右，我在 Panera 吃了午餐 —— 我吃了凯撒沙拉、西兰花切达干酪汤、法式长棍面包、刺梨芙蓉和奶酪糕点。
我在 12:20 左右回来工作，到 12:40 我的胃受伤太严重了，我不得不离开。目前它在 1:15 时仍然非常抽筋。

这不是这个 Panera 第一次让我有这样的感觉，而是在我认为这是个 fl 幸之前。

2018 年 1 月 31 日下午 4 点左右，我妻子在拉斯维加斯威尼斯赌场内的卡洛面包店购买了糕点。步行到美食广场后，我吃了一个 “龙虾尾” 糕点，感觉有点松脆，馅料似乎有点奇怪的味道，几乎像酒精味一样。我从来没有吃过他们的糕点，我想也许就是这样。我非常不为所动。大约两个小时后，我从酒店的午睡中醒来，病得很厉害。我休息了大约 13 个小时。这是一次糟糕的经历，毁了本周剩下的时间，我仍然感觉不到 100％，但我确实减掉了将近 10 磅。幸运的是，我想在研究网络时发现了很多面包店问题。小心点
