我在 3 月 20 日星期三晚上 9 点左右订购了蘸辣椒的意大利牛肉，几个小时后我睡觉了，感觉自己的胃很奇怪。晚上醒来几次感觉很脱水。第二天早上我得了腹泻，发烧了，整天都感觉虚弱。那天我什么也做不了。症状一直持续到我试着睡觉后呕吐。

19 年 3 月 8 日星期五下午 4 点 30 分左右，我订购了一个带有 Asiago 奶酪的鱼三明治，一个带细香葱，酸奶油和黄油的烤土豆，还有一个 Dr. Pepper。吃完大约一个小时后我开始感到恶心。我的孩子有一个芝士汉堡、一个酸奶油和细香葱的土豆，从来没有经历过任何疾病。我的症状是寒冷，头晕，头痛，胃痉挛和无法控制的腹泻。我从来没有生病过肚子，但是整个晚上和第二天都在床上度过，无法进行任何活动。我对此感到难过，因为 Pilot 和 Wendy's 的员工真的很棒，而且商店看起来很干净。我不希望其他人因为食物不好而生病。谢谢你。

Subway, I just got subway for lunch. I ordered a 6 inch 9 grain with ham, provolone, spinach, olives, tomato, bell pepper, and mustard, oil, and vinegar. 5-6 hours later I started feeling tired, and nauseous. Then I started having severe diarrhea and vomiting  | 症状: 呕吐, 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心
