我昨晚 7 点左右吃了。我点了一个牛排碗，里面装有糙米、黑豆、莎莎酱、玉米、酸奶油、生菜和 guac，大约 30 分钟后开始生病。牛排煮得非常不足，我在第一次生病之后才意识到，我什至还没能吃完整碗然后把它扔掉。让我身体不适，我有可怕的胃痛和血腥的腹泻持续了几个小时。

在 chipotle 吃了鸡肉碗（白米饭、黑豆、鸡肉、温和和玉米莎莎、生菜、酸奶油和奶酪）后大约 6 小时开始出现症状。从胃痉挛和压力开始，然后从整晚的坏腹泻开始，大约 12 小时后开始呕吐。20 小时后能够保持一口水仍然有腹泻和胃痉挛
