Chicken salad with guac and sour cream. Ate at noon today. Constant stomach ache since 2:00 and diarrhea. Nausea is bad, but no vomiting as of yet. Crams are terrible. If it doesn't let up going to urgent care.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

昨晚我吃了一个墨西哥卷饼碗，里面有玉米、生菜、奶酪、黑豆、莎莎酱、酸奶油和苏菲塔饼。我今天早上醒来，我几乎无法忍受，因为我感觉不舒服，所以我回去睡觉了，现在我的肚子真的很痛，我有腹泻，我觉得我必须呕吐。我也真的很头晕。

I had a chicken bowl with white rice, black beans, mild salsa, cheese, and sour cream around 4pm Sunday. By 8pm that night I was vomiting along with other food poisoning issues. I always eat at this Chipolte...I was feeling great! 7.31.2017 - STEAK burrito bowl, w rice,b beans, fresh Steak that was cut, mild salsa, hot salsa, sour cream, guacamole, cheese, chips, corn salsa...Had super bad poops last 2 hours after consuming it.
