- comments: observed an opening between the screen curtains at the rear exit door off of the kitchen that could allow flying insects to enter into the kitchen. Management instructed that all outer openings must be protected.

“I ordered a Tuna Melt on white bread, came with French fries and a slice of Almond Joy cake on May 30, 2021. This was all I ate that day. The crust of the cake tasted bitter like alcohol. I don't drink because I can't stand the taste. I initially thought it might have been part of the recipe, but a... See Morefriend said any alcohol used in cooking evaporates and I should not have tasted the bitterness. The order was from this Cafe. It was delivered through Doordash. I reported this to them, but I want to make sure the restaurant knows.

I ate the mean around 6 pm and grazed the cake slice for a few hours. It was not cold when delivered and I think they refrigerate their cakes. They're famous for their large portions and their cakes are huge.

I woke up in the middle of the night with extreme nausea. I vomited a few times, went downstairs to get some medicine to help, and ended up vomiting violently all over my living room. This started at 3 am. I called 911 at 9 and spent the day at Erlanger East Hospital. I did leave against medical advice at 7 pm. They wanted to admit me because my oxygen levels were low. I have asthma. The concern was I may have aspirated while vomiting. I promised to return if I felt I couldn't breathe.
My main concern was that I had been vomiting from 3 am until about 11 am. It took several different IV medications to stop the nausea and vomiting.

Consumers should return the product to the store for a full refund or discard it.

The product was distributed to TOPCO Members Distribution Centers in Schenectady, NY; Chandler, AZ; Lathrop, CA; Farr West, UT; Pembroke, NH; Milton, PA; Byron Center, MI; Cheshire, CT and St. Cloud, MN. Gilster-Mary Lee Corp. became aware of the mispackaging after receiving an email from a customer warehouse. No illnesses have been reported to date in connection with this popcorn.
