Had the brisket bowl with lettuce, cheese, guac and sour cream. 2-3 hours later I felt nauseous. Vomiting and diarrhea occurring 4-5 hours later. No other food was consumed at this time. Positive for food poisoning.

I had a burrito bowl with white rice, shredded beef, cheese, lettuce, hot salsa, and sour cream. I ate the food on Sunday, January 27, 2019. I started feeling sick Monday, January 28, 2019. It started with pain in my stomach and progressed to nausea, headache, throwing up, and extreme diarrhea.

I went to the Chipotle yesterday (1/9/18) at around 4:15pm yesterday. I ordered a bowl to go with white rice, black beans, chicken, corn salsa, cheese, lettuce, and sour cream. Almost immediately after eating half of my food, I began to feel nauseous. By 8pm, I was
in the bathroom with everything coming from both ends. I have been up all night very sick and it is now 2:21pm the next day and I still am very sick. I am afraid to eat anything else, as I cannot keep anything down. I still have the other half of my food in the refrigerator and I am contemplating taking it to be tested. I may have to go to the hospital if I do not start feeling better soon. I dont know what to do.

Had chipotle friday night 6.8.18 the bowl seemed too tangy and the guocomole seemed wierd. Not sure what caused it. But have been sick since Saturday with diarrhea and vomiting the food contents from the burrito bowl.

Firing out of back end about an hour after eating, then both about 3 hours later. didn't eat anything and stayed in bed the entire next day. Today i still have a headache but at least I was able to eat something.

I had a chicken burrito bowl with beans, brown rice, pico, sour cream, cheese, corn and lettuce. Five hours later I was feeling fatigue, nauseous, body aches and chills. I spent the next day in bed sleeping, completely exhausted. The diarrhea kicked in 27 hours after my
meal and I've been on the toilet throughout the night. Still feeling the original symptoms as well.

I got a chicken burrito at 8 pm on 02-12-2016. with brown rice, veggi, chicken, corn, cream, hot and mild sauce, guacamole, lettuce. Began vomiting in 15 minutes followed by diarrhea and severe stomach pain. Couldn't sleep whole night.
