I ordered the vegan cowboy (portobello mushroom, herbed basmati rice, black beans topped with pico de gallo, and avocado relish). Four hours after eating I was nauseous and then I began severely vomiting. My family also ate there and they were fine. They did not have any of the foods I had. I won’t ever go back. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
