The prepackaged salad was purchased here. On Dec. 3, 2022 after eating Member’s Mark Southwestern Chopped Salad, my husband and I had upset stomach and several trips to the bathroom. We were wondering if anyone else in this area experienced the same reaction.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

I had a similar there. I even called management to let them know and she treated me like crap. Tried that location a total of two times, spaced out, and it was the same outcome. Vomiting to the point of dehydration  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Dehydration
