On a long road trip. Stopped in for a veggie delight. Was feeling fine prior to. Within two hours, could feel stomach shut down. Slight fever and nausea. Then serious diarrhea and weakness for the next three days (still ongoing).  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Other, Weakness
