Ate a Vito, coke, and chips and within 6 hours had the worst vomit and diarrhea of my life. Was up all night, headache and fatigue. Will never eat there again. Called restaurant to inform them.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache

Ate half off appetizers with friend and daughter, only thing I ate different and asked for was soy sauce and it had a funny taste. I got home from the restaurant and started vomiting with diarrhea about 3 hours after ingesting.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Last night I had a double roast beef, two mozzarella sticks, and curly fries. Within 4 hours I had diahrrhea. I slept very poorly and felt feverish.
