Ate lunch at the local Taco Bell on 10/28. By the next morning I was nauseous, running a fever and diarrhea. Nothing I had for breakfast or dinner could have made me sick as I ate at home and both meals from sources (cereal, milk, bread, etc.) used for other meals with no problem.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever

I got sick at the subway at this location. I had a turkey sandwich with lettuce tomatoes onions with the new cranberry mustard sauce and the italian herb cheese bread on Oct 27th, and I'm currently sick. Thank you.  | Symptoms: Nausea

Thursday Oct 20th 2016 about noon, I ordered a foot long meatball sub with pepperoni, black olives and provolone cheese on Italian herb and cheese bread, about 3 hours later it hit.. for 6 hours I had diarrhea and vomiting along with a fever.
