I ate a medium fry with cheese sauce and a frosty. Within 2 hours of the meal I began experiencing stomach pains like I was going to vomit. I finally have puked it all up, but am still having severe chills and a tummy ache.

On June 9the at around 430/5pm my son and I bought chicken tenders and their chicken sandwich (we also had fries and cheese sauce.. The only thing I ate all day was a slice of meat Pizza and a pretzel w/cheese sauce from Sams. Started feeling stomach cramps and mild nausea about 2 hrs later.
