Had a double chicken burrito bowl with brown rice, black beans, all four salsas and lettuce. I also had a couple of bits of a burrito bowl with white rice, black beans, pico, medium salsa, sour cream, cheese, guacamole and lettuce. I went to Rubio's on Monday. Had a chicken burrito. On Tuesday morning I had a stomach ache. I started to have diarrhea. Then on Wednesday I had a fever and chills and diarrhea.
