Husband and I ordered roast beef standwiches but my husband also had the Grand Turkey club with curly fries. He woke up in the middle of the night (7 hours later) with severe stomach cramps and diarrhea. Two hours later volatile and severe vomiting. About an hour after I ate, I got intestinal discomfort and urgently needed to make a bowel movement. My son and husband didn't have milkshakes, just me. We all had roast beef sandwiches. I've pooped more in the past 4 hours than I thought was humanly possible. Horrible runny diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

My mom brought a Winco deli roast beef sandwich for me. I ate it but wasn’t able to finish it because I felt so sick I could barely move. I had dizzy spells and really bad gas.
