I got bowl to go.
Brown rice chicken salsa lettuce. 2 hours later felt cramps and hour later bad diarrhea that last for next 24 hours. Now I’m still nauseous but no diarrhea just green poop.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps, Green Stool

I ate at Chipotle in Commerce at the outlet mall this afternoon and had a salad with chicken and steak, sour cream, quac, cheese and medium salsa. Got sick 10 minutes later and have been sick since then (4.5 hours).  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
