I purchased a spinach spicy Italian wrap between 8 and 8:30.

This has kept me from work since Thursday and I'm still in bed and in and out of the bathroom as well as extreme pain in my lower abdomen. Not to mention the dr bill to be accumulated behind this  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain

I think it was from eating hummus He was the only one that ate it, maybe 3 hours after he ate it. It was the spinach and artichoke flavor

Spinach was purchased on 9/28/21 from there. Ate it with unopened bag of croutons, sharp cheddar cheese, and unopened chipotle ranch dressing. Vomited approximately 1 hour after eating and felt better immediately  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

It might have been spinach and premade chicken salad from there but not sure I ate the chicken salad with spinach for dinner around 7pm. Woke up with severe stomach aches around 3am.
