I stopped in to get some black pepper chicken, teriyaki chicken, rice and noodles yesterday 10/01/2016. I took a nap a bit after eating and after waking up from my nap I felt nauseous, weak, chills, stomach pain, headache, vomiting. Ate a footlong sweet onion chicken teriyaki on Italian herb and cheese bread with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, banana peppers, and sweet onion sauce. Began feeling ill about a half an hour afterwards and has continued to get worse over the past 6 hours.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
