Got egg salad on Friday September 2. Became I'll at 3:30 am. Stayed I'll and went to emergency room with cramping and blood. Was examined and given a cat scan and then diagnosis. Was prescribed 2 antibiotics and meds for pain. Begin improving late on Monday. Several more days of lethargy.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

9 PM I had a bacon cheeseburger, a Whopper, chicken nuggets, French fries and 2 oz of fruit punch (I got high blood sugar, not diabetes, in early 2015 and have been in a low sugar diet ever since). 1:30-2AM I went to bed. Visited Chipotle on the intersection of 17-92 and 436 on 8/11/16 at 4:00pm. Began having very slight abdoninal cramps followed by frequent diarrhea. No vomitting or blood seen in stool.
