- comments: previous core violations from report dated 03/30/2020 not corrected: #47 observed cutting boards in prep areas with open seams and dark stains. Instructed to refinish or replace damaged or stained cutting boards and maintain at all times. #51 observed leaky pipe underneath the 1 comp sink, leaks at the 3 comp sinks(1st & 2nd floor) faucets/fixtures. Instructed to repair all plumbing issues. #58 observed the certified food manager without an allergen training certificate. Management instructed to have all certified food managers obtain this certificate. Priority foundation. 7-42-090. No citation issued.
