Ate 4/15/2019 around 1 PM. I had wonton soup, chicken on sticks, rice, and corn. Drank only to water with ice. Several hours later, I got sick with diarrhea and then vomiting all night and still sick. Some food was cold. I ate cake and a piece of ice cream sandwich for dessert.  | 症状: 呕吐, 恶心, 腹泻

2018 年 11 月 16 日，星期五，我去了弗雷德里克的 Costco，吃完免费样品大约一小时后，我出现了剧烈的胃痉挛、腹泻和腹胀，这种情况一直持续到 2018 年 11 月 18 日星期日的今天。我不得不在床上呆大约 24 个小时，因为胃痉挛太糟糕了。我今天还在抽筋，但还不错，而且我还有很多痛苦的气体。

Monday morning, Veterans Day, 12Nov. Ordered the Sonic breakfast burrito. By that afternoon I had been debilitated and vomiting. Come to find out that the turkey sausage mix Sonics was using had a national recall, for salmonella. :(

今天，即 2018 年 9 月 15 日下午 1 点左右，我吃了无咖啡因的咖啡、水和牛油果附带的蛋白菠菜煎蛋卷以及其他切成丁的蔬菜，有些是生煮的。吃了，两个小时后我就出现了严重的胃肠道问题。服务器抽筋，因为现在是美国东部标准时间晚上 9 点，冷汗断断续续。腹痛几乎无法忍受。随着腹泻，去急症我得去。顺便说一句今天睡了，所以我今天没有在 ihop 之前吃东西... 从那以后什么都没有...

On 8/6, I ordered a Barbacoa Burrito Bowl with extra meat at lunch. At 5 am the next day I woke up and began throwing up. I vomitted about 6-7 times and then had a fever/nausea for most of the day, followed by diarrhea which is still persisting.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
