7 点 09 分购买的食物，大约在 7:30 左右在家吃饭。大约 8:45 我开始感觉有点不适-恶心和虚弱。此时我有好几次腹泻。我洗了个澡然后躺下了。腹泻持续存在时我开始感到更加恶心。终于我的身体准备好清除有害的触发器了。然后我开始承诺，确切地说是 3 次，所有这些都是我从 Chipotle 吃的。在又一轮纯液体腹泻之后，我在 9 点 40 分左右完成了。我的饭是沙拉配糙米、fajita 蔬菜、鸡肉、温和的莎莎酱、玉米莎莎酱、奶酪丝和鳄梨调味酱。我丈夫也吃了，但他的饭菜中有不同的食材组合。
