我吃了一个卷饼碗鳄梨酱，糙米，平托豆，新鲜番茄莎莎，烤辣椒玉米莎莎，tomatillo 绿辣椒莎莎莎，tomatillo 红辣椒莎莎莎，酸奶油，奶酪，罗马生菜。我也有芯片和鳄梨酱星期日晚上 (09/20/2020) 我醒了周围凌晨 3 点腹痛 (我会说 9 的规模 1-10) 我保存 10 生命威胁所有骨头在身体破碎类型的情况.无论如何，我从凌晨 3 点到早上 6 点开始就把你丢下然后在上午 8 点得到了极端腹泻，我是在浴室，直到上午 10 点，我没事，一旦我喝了一些热茶和我的胃平静下来，然后从下午 1:00 左右-下午 2:30 我回到了厕所。在那一点上，我有寒战和发烧。我尝试联系餐厅，我打了 5 次电话，但他们还没有接电话。我知道我的食物中毒是从那里出发的，因为我的药物会降低我的食欲，除了一个苹果，一些坚果，喝了我正常的水，我没有什么其他东西可以吃。我仍然在一个很大的痛苦和进出浴室。

我昨天参加了一个由他们照顾的活动。我有一个火腿和瑞士奶酪三明治，薯片，和一个饼干（什么来了包装）。后来的一天，我注意到胃痛，但是粉笔了它再次饿了，有一个漫长的压力的一天。我花了整个昨晚在床上折腾和转身，醒来这样可怕的胃痉挛。今天早上我觉得这么恶心，疲惫，并且有可怕的腹泻。几乎觉得我也会生病。做了连接，我吃了帕内拉，没有别的与众不同。

Got happy hour here Friday night (8/28/20) with my girlfriend. Ordered various tacos (including a fish taco) and chips and queso.
