I started getting symptoms on Tuesday August 7th. In the 72 hours prior I consumed 2 veggie tacos from Chipotle a detox juice cleanse from Rooted Juicery a green colada smoothie from Fresh Healthy Cafe at Kenwood mall and a hummus pita wrap from Aladdins Eatery.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心

9 月 20 日星期四下午 4 点左右去了圣湖上的罗蒂。我吃了三文鱼皮塔饼加蒸粗麦粉、羊乳酪、莳萝酱和春季混合物。我的女朋友有一个带沙拉三明治的素食盘。她在 4 点吃了她的，那天晚上 8 点左右我吃了。我们一回家，她就经历了严重的胃痛和严重的腹泻。我半夜醒来 5 次，症状相同。现在是 9 月 21 日下午 3 点 22 分，我的肚子仍然感觉不舒服。
