My kids & I ate there for the first time last night between 5:30-6:30 pm. I had enchiladas with chicken/refried beans/rice, and my son had the same excerpt with beef. My daughter had a salad. This morning, I woke up with bad stomach cramps/diarrhea. My son has it too.  | 症状: 腹泻, 抽筋

Chicken burrito, I ate there Saturday March 23rd I had a chicken burrito with white rice, 1/2 black beans 1/2 pinto, cheese and sour cream. I started getting sick about 4 hours later and was sick for 4 days. Vomiting, diarrhea, I ended up in the hospital on Tuesday night.  | 症状: 呕吐, 腹泻, 恶心

2019 年 3 月 21 日星期四下午 1:58：57，我在星巴克（牛津和中心）买了土耳其培根（早餐）三明治。然后它被加热了。我还从那里得到了一杯自来水。我在步行回家时吃了三明治，那里只有几个街区之遥。我直到回家才吃完食物，这就是为什么我还有贴有订单贴纸的三明治袋的原因。
那是我那天唯一吃的食物，之后我感觉很累。晚上 7 点之前我开始感觉不太好。所以我上床睡觉希望能睡一觉不舒服。但是，到晚上 10 点，我被剧烈的胃痉挛和疼痛惊醒了。我带着呕吐和严重腹泻赶到洗手间。我开始严重出汗，头上的头发变湿了，背上的 PJ/T 恤也变湿了。当我的一个朋友在晚上 10 点 30 分左右给我打电话时，我不得不完成通话，已经流下了眼泪和剧烈的痛苦。她说她可以看出我听见很痛苦。我试着喝点水，但不能把旧的水压下来，但我的热水瓶里有些不冷不热的水。我试着做一些姜茶，但是太弱了，无法切姜片或在炉子周围做任何事情。我不得不再次使用洗手间。然后由于胃痛/抽筋，我几乎在床上滚动。有一次我认真考虑过打电话给 911。我几乎无法睡觉。因为整晚疼痛而无法入睡。每隔一小时左右，就会有强烈的痛苦。终于凌晨 4 点左右，我能够一次闭上眼睛大约 2 个小时。我必须在 8:30 起床。早餐时不能保留任何食物，只能保留一些温热的姜汤。还试着吃一些糊状的生大蒜。又有一些剧烈的胃痛。我不得不再次使用洗手间。因为那天我有重要的约会，所以我不得不在上午 10 点之前离开家，无论我感觉多么虚弱和生病。在去约会的路上，我在所说的星巴克停下来，要求与某人谈谈与食物中毒有关的人。柜台后面的那个人把我指向某人，她只是冷漠地说：“对不起你生病了，你需要拨打合作电话”，当我描述我的食物中毒情况并问他们是否有某种机制将此情况记录在商店时。考虑到这是一家食品企业，我正在通知他们的食品安全问题，这非常令人沮丧和冒犯。
午餐可以把食物降下来，但是下午晚些时候可以吃点姜茶/汤。
晚餐的小米汤。
整个星期一都非常疲软。

我于 3 月 23 日星期六下午 2 点 30 分左右在 Cilantros 拉丁咖啡厅用餐。我吃了切碎的鸡肉，我认为它在技术上被称为 pollo y salsa。我还吃了黄米、黑豆和大蕉。我的症状在饭后大约 30 分钟到一个小时开始。首先是发冷，然后是肌肉酸痛，然后是头晕，然后是恶心和呕吐。我病得很厉害，在周六下午 4 点到周日上午 8 点之间呕吐了 6 次。现在是星期二（4 天后），我的胃还在疼。但是不要再呕吐了。
