我在用餐时间吃了熊猫快车，这是科尔斯在 7:15-7:45 左右为我安排的。吃了宫保鸡、北京牛肉和带鸡蛋卷的炒饭。差不多在 9 点左右之后，我要求在 9 点半左右休息一下，直到 10:17 才有不间断的腹泻。然后我要求早点下班，然后回到西南大学的宿舍。11:50-12:00 左右，变得非常恶心和呕吐。然后马上有更多的腹泻。剩下的时间都在胃痛中度过。

Ate a burrito bowl on 9/13/17 around 6pm. Woke up that night, around 7 hours later, with nausea, diarrhea, and severe stomach cramps. Symptoms persist today; severe stomach cramps, and fatigue. Burrito bowl (to go) included, white rice, pinto beans, chicken, mild salsa and cheese.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

我今天在佛罗里达州惠灵顿的全食超市吃午饭。我吃了一个蛋白米饭，一块鸡肉橄榄土豆泥和纯素意大利面。意大利面是油脂但我还是吃了。我回到家然后在厕所里呆了很长时间：腹泻气体和胃痛。我是商店的常客。没想到那样。我吃了药治疗腹泻但疼痛依然存在。这减少了痛苦。希望能感觉好些
