I love this chipotle, but I ate a burrito bowl on Thursday night and have been violently sick since. My bowl consisted of white rice, steak, barbacoa, cheese, corn salsa and mild salsa. I did not stop vomiting or having diarrhea for about 24 hours.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 呕吐

Chipotle bowl with brown rice, half steak, half chicken, pico de gallo , lettuce, cheese, tortilla, chips, minute made lemonade. I ate there around noon today (Saturday 9/22/18) and got sick within about two hours.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心

我姐姐昨天通过 doordash 为我们订购了墨西哥卷饼作为午餐。我买了一个牛排卷饼，里面有白米饭、黑豆、奶酪、酸奶油和温和的莎莎酱。首先，莎莎酱是 85％ 的生红洋葱-讨厌-里面有太多...大概快半杯了 —— 不是在开玩笑！！无论如何，几个小时后，我感到非常疲倦和虚弱，决定在沙发上小睡一会。当我醒来的时候，我仍然感觉有点不舒服和发烧。然后我站起来，立刻我觉得我迫切需要去洗手间。我腹泻持续了 15 分钟，我也觉得我随时可能会呕吐但是没有什么可以呕吐的东西，也无法从厕所起床...所以我开始深呼吸，然后用化妆盘扇起脸，直到它过去。然后开始了我经历过的最严重的胃痉挛。我真的以为我可能需要去急诊室，但是我把它伸出来然后在一天余下的时间里痛苦地躺在躺椅上。直到今天早上才能吃或喝任何东西。我仍然会断断续续地抽筋，但它们没有那么激烈或发生在一起。仍然有腹泻，现在呈绿色。每次我站起来，我都必须去洗手间。太惨了。
