你好，
昨晚 7 点左右，我的男朋友带我和我的孩子去了俄亥俄州桑达斯基的内陆牛排馆。我们有布鲁明洋葱作为开胃菜, 他点了一个带薯条的费城牛排亚三明治, 我点了中等水果 10 盎司肋眼牛排配烤芦笋和土豆泥, 我儿子有一个孩子菜单项汉堡和水果, 我女儿有孩子吃麦克 n 奶酪 n 水果，我最小的儿子有水果.我的孩子没有生病，但是我和我的男朋友都生病了！我们醒来时抽筋，有硫磺味的鸡蛋打嗝，严重的呕吐和腹泻。我们虚弱、头晕、恶心。我的凳子里有血。我很沮丧以至于发生了这种情况，我太恶心了！！！！！我们要去急救，明天早上他们开门时首先打电话给卫生部门！
永远不会回去... 花了 80 美元来获得食物中毒你在开玩笑吗！！！！？？

Went to outback around 12:30 with my grandma and niece for lunch and we had a blooming onion and cheese fries for an appetizer and all three of us got very sick and barely made it to the bathroom getting home about 3 and it's the next day and all three of us are still sick!  | 症状: 腹泻

Ate lunch around 1:30 today. App chicken wings..a bit of fondue, salad with Italian 6oz steak with potato. Glass is sangria from the bar and water. Home at 3:30 and diarrhea since  | 症状: 腹泻
