I ate a steak bowl around 11am and by 3 I had diarrhea and vomiting throughout the afternoon and night with food poisoning. That’s my last time eating there.

I ordered a chicken bowl on 8/5/21 with:

My family visited on or around July 6, 2019. Everyone in the family got sick, except for one person who did not eat there, she, smartly wanted other food. We have been dealing with diarrhea for over a week. When diarrhea is not occurring, we have been
dealing with stomach burning symptoms. . It was the only food we had in common. Again, the only person that did not eat food there is fine.

Every time I go to this chipotle location, after I eat the food, I get the runs with diarrhea. Yesterday, I purchased a chicken bowl and today I have serious diarrhea. I thought it was odd at first but I've order from there several times and I
noticed the diarrhea comes a day after I eat a chipotle. Idk if it's the chipotle guacamole but something at that location is not healthy.

I ate rice, beans and chicken here and I felt severely nauseous for an hour before throwing up, than I had diarrhea and nausea until I finally went to sleep. I was still sick the next day and missed school.

My brother and I had chipotle last night around 8pm. This morning around 6am he began to have diarrhea which continued for about an hour, before he began to vomit. Around 9am, I myself began to have diarrhea. Immediately after, I began to vomit. I even drank
a little water after and vomited that too. This is the second time in three months that this location has made me sick. After 11 years, I am ready to never eat chipotle again and am very disappointed by this.

Ate chipotle at 530 by 830pm, I was throwing up. I didn’t stop until 6 am and I’ve had to miss 2 days of work.

Ate my chicken and veggie bowl, halfway through I had HORRIBLE stomachache pain. I thought I just ate too much. 30 minutes later the most diarrhea I’ve ever seen in my life, followed by 10-20 times. Went to ER because I thought I was dying, they said nope, it was food poisoning.

Ate the whopper around 12:30. The texture was awfully dry, but otherwise seemed normal. Began to feel generally unwell and stomach pain around 14:30. By 15:30 I was nauseous and light headed. 16:30, began the severe vomiting and diarrhea, which has continued (currently ongoing). Note: I did
not eat breakfast or anything else prior to the whopper. I drank bottled water at the location, drank the same filtered water as my fiancé at home this morning, and only ate a few fries (which my fiancé also ate, and he’s currently ok). No food since. I’m a molecular biologist with a focus on infectious diseases, and I know what to look for regarding food poisoning cases.
Update 30/03: I actually suspect it's a toxin-producing bacterium, such as *S. aureus*, especially considering the rapid onset of symptoms. We also don't have a high number of norovirus cases in our area, so it's not something that I would consider to be suspicious when weighing other factors like norovirus' incubation period, symptoms like fever and myalgia, and rapid spread. I'm also not in close contact with many other people or shared surfaces, further reducing the index of suspicion. On the other hand, *Staph aureus* is ubiquitously found and the enterotoxins produced are highly heat stable, making it more likely to be the causative agent if the meat was older, improperly handled (especially regarding hygiene practices) or stored, or not cooked to temperature. The more aggressive symptoms are beginning to subside, though I'm definitely not the happiest-of-campers at this time. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Lightheaded

Unfortunately, I had to be hospitalized. RYZE brand coffee stress my kidneys-causing me to have kidney stones. I experienced excruciating pain in my abdominal area and lower back. I’d only been drinking this brand of coffee for a month. The only change in my diet was RYZE’s
mushroom coffee. The pain is not worth the risk. I’ll be seeking legal action.. RYZE online..

this was all i ate for the day and im not sensitive to spicy foods never have been nor have i had an experience like this before eating papa johns ) i started getting heat flashes, severe abdominal cramps, slight shortness of breath and loose stools. i couldnt even make it to work today bc i still feel awful. i immediately threw away the rest of the food into the dumpster after realizing what was causing my symptoms

My son ate a bowl of at 10:30 PM 4/13/24 And by 12:30 AM started throwing up violently lasted 48 hours of the worst vomiting I’ve seen. Additional symptoms were fever, extreme lethargy, and flu symptoms plus explosive diarrhea. He did not return to normal until Thursday

The ice cream was brand new, a brand, new flavor creation, and therefore not something that sat on shelves at the grocery store for a prolonged period. I checked the packaging for any puncture sites found none, smelled completely normal and two other people in the home did not eat the ice cream, present with any food-borne illnesses or issues during the same time period So I know it was not viral or stomach flu, and was indeed food poisoning related. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever
