- comments: found no handpapertowels provided at deli prep area handwashing sink(hot food deli area). Instructed to provide and maintain hand papertowels at all hand washing sinks at all times. Priority foundation violation 7-38-030(c),citation

- comments: observed a slight debris accumulation encrusted on the interior of the ice machine. Must remove debris, detail clean inside ice machine/have serviced and maintain ice machine at all times

- comments: found improper temperatures of (tcs foods) stored in (kitchen) walk-in-cooler: baked potatoes internal temperatures (45. 3 f-48. 3 f). Instructed manager, (tcs foods) must maintain cold holding temperature of 41. 0f or below and hot holding temperature of above 135f. Priority violation 7-38-005,citation issued. Corrected on site (cos).

- comments: observed missing thermometer inside the display packaged juice cooler (produce area). Must provide.

- comments: observed bulk containers in rear (pierogi food prep area) without a label. Instructed to provide the common name on all bulk containers to properly identify item.

- comments: insrtucted to remove dead insects on hanging signages throughout the produce customer areas.

- comments: instructed to properly store all washcloths in a sanitizing solution especially when not in use. Wiping cloths must be stored in a clean container with sanitizing solution in deli prep area.

- comments: observed a torn door gasket inside of the (kitchen/deli) walk-in-cooler. Instructed to replace the torn door gasket.

- comments: instructed to detail clean the grease buildup inside bottom compartments of the kitchen deep fryers and fan covers in walk-in-coolers with dust build-up.

- comments: observed water leak at drain pipe underneath the middle compartment of the kitchen 3-compartment sink and at base of faucet of the deli 3 compartment sink. Must repair plumbing leaks.

- comments: found dishwashing 3-compartment sink not maintained at deli,while running and draining water in sink waste water coming out of open site drain (clogged with plastic/aluminum can debris). Manager immediately called service repair man. Priority violation 7-38-030 (c),citation issued. Corrected on site (cos).
