I bought the sausage at Walmart on 5/19/2023
Cooked for lunch about 1:30 on 5/20/23
At about 4:30 a.m. I woke up with horrible diarrhea, dizzy, pounding headache and ache over my entire body especially lower back. Also running a low grade fever for the entire day

on Monday in bed …and part of into Tuesday morning early… Tuesday diarrhea not as violent, headache gone but body aches and low grade fever… Wednesday I feel weak and stomach feels like it has a knot in the middle. And sharper pain now and again. I was very very sick… and still weak.
I will call my doctor tomorrow to se if she thinks I may need antibiotic. I have Graves’ auto immune disease. I don’t know if I have defenses to fight this out of my system on my own.
I called Walmart … they told me that they could give me my money back and a $25 gift certificate.They took a report over phone
But said that Hillshire Farms is an individual vendor … and they inspect the expiration dates and keep up with recalls not Walmart.
My doctor bill and medicine will not be covered with a $25 gift certificate.
I took photos of the pkg that I bought… then went back to Walmart and took phots of expiation dates of the same Smoked Sausage … some of the dates were just like mind… smudged off… some dates were clearly stamped… some not stamped at all.
I was a customer of Walmart… and a big customer for Hillshire Farms Smoked sausage. I’m just Thankful that we had not bought for my Grandson’s Graduation day
On Saturday 27 May. We Would be feeding a crowd we would have felt awful making our family and friends sick too.

Drinking Diet Coke, Woke up in the middle of the night and drank my Diet Coke cause I was thirsty and not even 5 minutes later was I on the toilet with diarrhea. After 20 minutes I started to feel sick. 10 more minutes had passed I
felt I could drink a little water and then I threw everything up. I sipped on my water as I know chugging it will make a person throw up if they’re not feeling good. What’s weird is the date still says it’s good.

I’ve eaten lucky charms for years. Recently I noticed that I was having stomach pains, diarrhea, nausea, and bloating up to 2 days after eating a bowl. I assumed that I had just reached the age where I could no longer eat them, but now after hearing
of these other reports, I am thinking it’s an issue with the product and not me. Others in my family have eaten from the same box with no problem. I still have a box with product in it.

I bought some sliced butterball turkey from their meat butcher on January 26 for 15$. On Feb 12 I ate 2 of these slices, thickness 1 1/2 in a sandwich (bread, pickle, tomato, and some lettuce along with some other food (egg & cheese again from there),
after about 5 hours later I got sick.
I did not count the number of times I pooped. I also did not sleep very well that night, and had to get up and pace around my apartment from the discomfort I felt. At about 3AM the discomfort reached its peak and very slowly subsided. At about 7AM I was feeling much better.
I could not bring myself to through out all the food (the turkey + the egg and cheese alone was over 35$) that I had eaten from.
After only having a liquid diet for 24 hours, On Feb 13, I again had the same turkey sandwich but without the tomato. This time I also had a brownie that was given to me by a neighbor. This time I got sick after only about 3 hours. Now I am sure it was the turkey. This time it was a little worse, and after much pooping, I called the health nurse at the at the VA about 1AM Feb 14. She advised me to drink plenty of liquids and wait until morning to see how I felt.
I again had a very agenizing night again pacing around my apartment because I could not bring myself to do anything else. At about 2AM I vomited 4 times in quick succession. I was extremely glad to get that crap out of my stomach but didn't feel all that better after doing so as I had expected it to.
The extreme discomfort again slowly went down and about 8 AM I was feeling ok.
On Feb 17 I went to the store to return the meat but forgot to bring it. I found out that they had been closed for 3 days because of having no power. I needed to buy some more food so went to the frozen food section.
I found most of the shelves very low on frozen food. I talked to one of the workers about that, that was restacking the frozen food, and she said since they had lost power for 3 days they had to throw out all the frozen and refrigerated food. I chatted with her and another customer for a little while. I again asked her if she was sure all the frozen and refrigerated food was thrown out and she said she was.
I bought 3 Michelina's Chicken Fried Rice dinners and 1 Marie Callender's Chicken Pot Pie. I went home and immediately ate 2 of the Fried Rice dinners, and again got sick within about 4 hours. Again I have a sleepless night with extreme discomfort, but not as bad as the second time I got food poisoning, and again in the morning I felt better.
It is my belief that they didn't throw out all the frozen food. Frozen food that they thought would make it through the 3 day outage such as rice would be ok.
On Feb 21 I took back the turkey there and got a refund. I did not take back the rice for 2 reasons. First they are only a 1$ apiece, and 2nd I didn't want it to look like I was scamming them.
Proving food poising looks to me like a uphill battle, unless there are others like me that have been poisoned. My 3rd case of food poisoning on the other hand may not be as hopeless as it seems. If they did not throw out all the frozen and refrigerated food as they said it is a different matter, after all their own surveillance cameras may show a different story! I am also sure that the people that insure they would like to know if all the food they claimed was thrown out was in fact done.
I still have yet to throw out 1 unopened Chicken pot pie, and 1 Chicken Fried Rice and 2 opened Chicken Fried Rice dinners. The codes on those dinners may show that they were thrown out with the insurance company. I ate this at sonic, it smelled off but i thought that was just how it’s supposed to smell. A few hours later I ran to the toilet with a heavy headache and nausea, i vomited ALOT like I was puking everything inside of me. The puking
and headache wouldn’t stop all night, I would wake up out of my sleep with a mouthful of vomit so i had get a bag to sleep beside, this all came with severe stomach pain, severe headache, and puking with every breathe i took until eventually all i was puking was stomach acid. Tried to drink water and i puked that right up. I woke up needing to use the bathroom and it’s been complete liquid and it’s a whole day later. I still haven’t ate anything, but I am now able to hold water down.The pain caused my to sleep/lay in bed for over 24hours. Moral of the story I am traumatized to eat food again

Peach Garden Pte Ltd, a food business located at 301 Upper Thomson Road, Singapore, has had its operations suspended due to a suspected gastroenteritis outbreak from 22 April 2024 until further notice.. The Ministry of Health and the Singapore Food Agency (SFA) are investigating eight incidents affecting
43 people who consumed food from the establishment between 17 and 18 April 2024. Two of the 43 affected individuals were hospitalized and are currently in stable condition.
In response, the SFA has required the company to clean and sanitize the premises, including equipment and utensils, and dispose of all ready-to-eat and perishable food items. All food handlers are required to re-attend and pass the Food Safety Course Level 1 and test negative for foodborne pathogens before resuming work. The appointed Food Hygiene Officer working at the premises must re-attend and pass the Food Safety Course Level 3 before he/she can resume work as a Food Hygiene Officer.

Been buying this Fairlife now for a while but noticed while drinking some the other day that it had a strange aftertaste. It didn't taste sour, just off and not as it usually does.

and woke up not feeling well. My lower and upper abdomen were extremely swollen and I had horrible cramping as the day progressed I felt worse and worse and my stomach was really messed up.
That evening I opened another container of Fairlife and it had the same odd after taste. I'll be honest because I've never had an issue I still didn't think this was the cause of my issue, in fact I thought my taste was off!
I spent the next few days staying away from straight milk but was using in my coffee and my lattes but was insanely bloated. My husband and I were thinking something was horribly wrong because I looked several months pregnant and had to wear leggings to work Friday. The whole situation was extremely unusual.
My daughter had a cookie and asked for some milk. Upon taking a sip she asked if if it was a different milk and I knew then that it wasn't my tastebuds it was the milk. She said she too felt it had a strange taste... luckily she only had a sip.
I've been absolutely miserable. My clothes don't fit due to bloating, I still have cramps and diarrhea. Both containers were good until June and are from batch 26-207. My husband suggested I check for recalls, come to find that the company has had hundreds of people get sick from this batch and denies issuesz I also learned that they have a lawsuit in regards to animal cruelty which is good to know. i ate their caramel rolls, and the only other thing i ate before my symptoms arised was preztel maker, but they’ve never had issues. it was about 10 minutes after i ate their rolls and i started feeling stomach pains.. i didn’t thin much of it and
just thought i needed to go to the bathroom. but, even after i did go, the problems persisted, and i kept waking up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom/throw up.
