Bought 2 piece variety meal on the Tuesday was in hospital by the Thursday on a drip! I had awful diarrhoea with blood! still suffering now with diarrhoea. I was projectile vomiting awful headache was dehydrated be very cautious eating from here.

I ate there today and it gave me explosive diarrhoea I ate a boneless bucket for one with chips and corn and garlic mayo. Only me. It was at 16:00 and the symptoms started one half hour one later.

I brought a filet burger box meal with a bottle of water at 8:00. I felt absolutely fine afterwards. When I get home after an hour later I had very bad dio and could not get off the toilet for about 2 hours. I have thrown up
5 times. My mouth is very dry, although whenever I drink water I throw it up again.

Admittedly we had left it in the car but you should still not vomit just from eating food that you bought fresh 30 minutes before.

Sunday March 31 Blytheville, Arkansas McDonald's Main street I bought a filet-o-fish. I wound up having to go to Great River Medical Center Emergency Room on Monday April 1st. because I had violent vomiting all day with nausea and pain. The cost for the Emergency room will
be my copay of $200.00 plus the cost of the sandwich. I will never eat at McDonald's again. I ate a filet-o-fish and Monday I vomited violently all day with nausea and pain. My son wound up taking me to the emergency room at Great River Medical Center in Blytheville, Arkansas. My copay for the emergency room will be $200.00. I don't know how I'm going to pay for this I'm on S.S and disabled.

I was in TLC. This is my after-school program. I ate Trix triple cherry yogurt and drank orange juice. At 3:17 PM my stomach started to hurt. I say it was the combination of dairy and citrus. DO NOT HAVE DAIRY AND CITRUS! My stomach pain went away.

This morning I bought the tomato and spinach Health Choice simply steamers. I couldn't finish the complete meal. I started getting The shakes. The rest of the day I was back and forth to the bathroom with diarrhea, nausea, stomach cramps. This meal was the only thing
