Had eaten night before.  1 person ate orange chicken, Kung po chicken, chow menu noodles. Are around 8:00 pm. Early next morning, started nausea and then throwing up, with diarrhea. Ham steak  Had breakfast around 1:40 pm. Ham And eggs. Left and went shopping for a phone. Approximately 30 minutes after had to rush home and barely made it to the bathroom. Violent diarrhea. Laying in bed now and not sure what is going to happen.
