The only thing I had to eat today was chipolte at 2:30 pm: veggie burrito with white rice, black beans, fajita mix, one scoop medium, one acoop hot, sour cream, cheese and guac. Started with persistent diarrhea at 4:45 and continued till violently vomitin, Just me, see initial description  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea

Sunday, April 24, 2019 about 8 PM. Had Fajita Taco, Brisket Taco an Queso and Chips. The Brisket tack did not taste very good. About 4 hours, violent vomiting and continued vomiting for over 24 hours. Also fever  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Fever
