I had the Italian sub for dinner. By 9pm I had started vomiting non-stop. The vomiting continued through 6am the next day. I have never vomited so much in my entire life. As well as diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Yesterday My friend and I both ordered a the spicy Italian sub. I had a wrap and he had the bread. About 45 mins later I had diarrhea and horrible stomach cramps and fever.
