Had the Quesadilla with beans and chicken for lunch on Saturday. Within 4 hours I was in severe abdominal pain with nausea and vomiting. 20 hours later, it's mostly passed. My husband ate 1/4 of the plate and had a milder v version of the same.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

My boyfriend ordered a burrito bowl with brown rice steak, chicken, lettuce, and cheese and I got a chicken quesadilla and we both ended up with extreme stomach pain and diarrhea for the next few days.
