I bought a sausage roll at lunch today and while it was still warm, I suspected it was a bit undercooked. Now at 10pm, whenever I'm not curled up in bed with my stomach tying itself in knots, I'm in the bathroom. Very very ill with watery diarrhea, uncontrollably vomiting and stomach cramps. Ate there 24 hours before illness. Haven’t left resort in Punta Mita except a day trip to Sayulita.
