I gotta casadellia (cheese steak) an hour later I was vomiting 🤮🤮🤮 profusely, diarrhea, chills, and eventually I was sent to the Hospital and was in ICU for 5dys Also I ate a half of Submarine as well  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills, Headache

I had a peanut butter protein crunch bowl for breakfast (sub bananas for strawberries and add honey drizzle. I’ve been vomiting and had diarrhea, chills, stomach cramps, and headache for going on six hours and it has not subsided yet.
