Boxed take out lunch during a staff meeting. Ate a bacon turkey sandwich. Saved the chips and cookie for later. Ate those around 9 pm.
Stomach dosconfort started at 12 am. 3 am comes around, and at 3:45 am I'm sprinting to the bathroom vomiting.vomiting ceased roughly 7am.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

Purchased peppered turkey from the deli, came home and ate within 30 min. About 15 min after eating my wife and I were both sick. We also had chicken salad from the deli but both felt that the turkey was the cause. Second time we've had bad meat from the deli.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
