Husband and I had chicken cheesesteaks for dinner last night. Only thing we ate in common yesterday. Woke up at 4 am with same symptoms and so very sick. All the symptoms of food poisoning and happening every 15 to 30 minutes.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

I got listeria and ecoli, hospitalized. Months later I hesitantly tried a different location and a veggie sub, same thing again. The cross contamination must be rampid in that place :,(  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Ordered a Philly cheese steak with jalapeños. Ate at 6pm. 12 hours later I woke up in excruciating pain and had diarrhea multiple times. I knew that it was from there because it was the only spicy thing i ate yesterday.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Other
