昨天（1 月 31 日）下午 2 点左右，我在 Subway 停了下来，订购了一个用小麦面包烤制的牛排和奶酪潜艇，配以 Colby Jack、芥末酱、生菜、洋葱、西红柿、香蕉辣椒和橄榄。昨晚我的肚子开始极度疼痛和腹胀。今天早上我仍然很痛苦，仍然非常臃肿。我整个早上都感到恶心，以为我要呕吐好几次了。然后，我开始在空调房间里大量出汗，突然之间我感冒了冷，这表明我发烧了。发烧和胃痛持续了一整天，但恶心在下午 1 点 30 分左右消退了。

1 月 17 日下午 5 点左右在这里吃了晚餐，到凌晨 2 点我醒来时胃痛很严重。服用抗酸药以为是反流，立即开始出现 6 次以上的严重腹泻。昨晚扔了 4 次。今天醒来时有 101 次发烧，失去平衡，剧烈头痛胃痛恶心。我的女儿醒来后开始大量呕吐，现在还在呕吐。这是我昨天除了香蕉以外唯一吃的东西，所以我知道事实上就是这样。

My husband and I ordered two medium pizzas, one with sausage and banana peppers; the other with green bell pepper and sausage. We ate around 8 PM.
