2017 年 4 月 21 日，我点了一个鸡肉卷饼作为午餐。几个小时后，我开始大量呕吐，直到所有内容物都被驱逐出去。午餐时，我记得去掉了几块看起来像粉红色的鸡肉，但让自己确信变色一定是由于辣酱而不是未煮熟的肉造成的。我在和朋友聊天时吃了剩下的墨西哥卷饼，却没有更多地考虑食物。根据我的朋友的说法，我在午餐时（在我说话的时候）取出了很多鸡肉，这告诉我它确实有问题，即使我现在太分心而无法做出明确的决定。

Ate at 6:45pm I had the steak bowl with white rice, black beans, steak, sour cream and corn with lettuce. My dad had carnita bowl with white rice, black beans, sour cream, cheese, guac and lettuce with hot sauce. Within an hour our stomachs hurt. Severe nausea and diarrhea. 2017 年 4 月 8 日星期六晚上 7 点 30 分吃了。布法罗鸡肉沙拉配辣酱和蓝纹奶酪酱中的鸡肉。随着时间的流逝，那天晚上凌晨 3 点醒来时剧烈呕吐，腹泻发冷和发烧。周日大约 3 点之后终于感觉好多了。我想我因为呕吐太多而把肋骨弄坏了
