我买了一个俱乐部三明治，把它带回家，放在冰箱里，第二天早上空腹吃了，因为前一天我一直在封斋。它闻起来像金枪鱼一样腥味，但我违背了更好的判断力，还是吃了它。我想一定是西红柿或生菜或未煮熟的培根。鸡肉部分还不错。现在我发烧了 39.3 度，胃里感觉好像装满了刀，昨晚这种情况突然发生了，以至于不可能有其他任何东西，因为我什么都没吃。

晚上 6 点左右，我丈夫拿到了一个 Chipotle 碗，里面有温和的莎莎、奶酪、生菜、牛排、黑豆、糙米和酸奶油。他还有一个袋装的 Dole 经典凯撒沙拉套件：N006009 10:30。美国、墨西哥、罗曼在亚利桑那州尤马州中部种植。3.5 小时后他病得了暴力！他患有可怕的腹泻、恶心、干重、发烧，现在非常虚弱。
