April 7, 2026 lettuce at Chipotle 5 people ate there, 4 have severe food poisoning. The one who did NOT get sick did not have lettuce. The common denominator for the sick people is lettuce.  | 症状: 呕吐, 恶心, 腹泻, 胃痛

Ordered the 3-supreme taco meal. Upon receiving my order I noticed the lettuce looked shriveled and slight discoloration. I picked 1-2 pieces out of the tacos. This was around 1300 on Saturday April 4th. When I woke up on Easter Sunday, I was having bad cramps. Ended… 更多

我和我女儿还有她的朋友一起去了那里。我点了第戎芥末鸡肉蘑菇，配有沙拉。我女儿点了汉堡包。我和女儿分享了沙拉。第二天我们醒来时出现了所有症状：头痛、发烧、寒战、恶心、呕吐和腹泻。我不知道是他们没有清洗生菜还是我们的食物接触了不洁净的区域。我喜欢Cheddar's餐厅，但绝对不会再去了。我想提一下服务非常出色。我去的是佛罗里达州布鲁克斯维尔的Cheddar's餐厅
