Lettuce is one of the most common causes of food poisoning. Since the start of 2018, there have been over 10 major lettuce illness outbreaks involving E.coli. The 2 most recent involved packaged salad kits that sickened at least 30 and romaine lettuce grown in Salinas, CA that sickened at least 138.

On Wednesday evening about 6 pm. I stopped to purchase a number 2 roast beef and cheese. Extra mayo lettuce and tomato. 8 hours later that night about 2 am. I started getting stomach cramps and by 3 am I was on the toilet. 36 hours later still have diarrhea and stomach cramps  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps

- comments: observed manager on site with no allergen training certificate. Instructed all certified food managers must take allergen course and maintain records on site.
