Bought Monday 7 about 6:30 a 6 inch black forest ham cheese mayo was nauseous an 1 1/2 later vomiting about 2 1/2 hours later. Diarrhea stomach cramps. Was out of work, yesterday, today and will be again tomorrow. still not able to keep liquids or food down.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

我和我丈夫决定在 2016 年 3 月 8 日星期二晚上 10 点左右去索尼克。我们俩都点了鸡肉三明治，但我只需要尝试他们的新豪华鸡肉三明治。我们回家吃了，以为一切都很好。（我的三明治有鸡肉、蛋黄酱、奶酪、培根、生菜、西红柿）周五早上 7 点左右，我曾经有过严重的抽筋和恶心！在我知道之前，它是从两端出来的。到那天下午 2 点，我的胃已经稳定下来了，但还是很不舒服。由于所有的呕吐和 dirreah，我头脑轻而虚弱。我总共呕吐了 3 次。除非是为了芒果泥，否则不会发声。但是很长一段时间没有来自那里的食物。这是我第一次食物中毒，太糟糕了

2 月 29 日上午 11:30 左右，我订购了一个鸡肉俱乐部 BLT，里面添加了鳄梨和奶酪。它附带了 Fries。我还订购了配菜沙拉和可乐。我问女服务员要梅奥的一面。当她送梅奥时，我观察到其中一半很僵硬而且非常凝胶状。我把它寄回去了，她道歉然后给我买了一个新的。当天晚上 10 点半左右，我经历了腹痛、腹泻、恶心和呕吐。我还经历了发烧、发冷和身体疼痛。这种情况一直持续到下周二。

on Feb 19th at 230 p.m both me and my mom had tun on flat-bread with veggies. I added spinach, bell peppers and light mayo. These three items being the only differences in our sandwiches. By 4 p.m i was vomiting with a 101 fever and diarrhea about 30 minutes later. still very ill on 2-22-16  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

Had a turkey and roast beef on white italian bread with lettuce, tomato, banana peppers, pickles and mayo. Ate half of my sandwich around 3p and then the other half around 5p. Felt great after photographing a wedding for two hours. Stopped at Denny's, ordered a hamburger (no cheese or onion) but with lots of mayo, and some fries, felt sick when I finished eating, but thought it was from being too full. Within an hour of being home… 更多
