我们昨晚 8 点吃了。我有一个 6 英寸的意大利火腿，里面有生菜、番茄、洋葱、淡蛋黄酱和 Vigarette。我的丈夫和女儿在一英尺长的牛排和奶酪（provolone）上分享了培根、生菜、盐和胡椒粉。

晚上 10 点我的肚子感到不安。今天早上我的肚子有点痛。我告诉我丈夫他也回答了他的情况。当我问我的女儿时，她也有胃痛。

我们吃的唯一普通的东西是生菜！

星期三拿出来了一个带豆莎莎和奶酪的鸡肉饭碗。我只吃了一半！5 小时后，我因胃痛从睡眠中醒来。我立刻得了腹泻然后马上就呕吐了。我男朋友吃了牛排墨西哥玉米饼，也得了腹泻，但是第二天早上。太可怕了！

steak burrito, We ate at the restaurant about 700pm. My husband had the steat burritto. 11 or so started vomiting, diareah and stomach cramps. 4 days later he is still having severe stomach cramps.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋

My daughter and I had scallop hibachi for dinner at this restaurant and after finishing and getting home 25 minutes later we were nauseous and had diarrhea all night long... my boyfriend had the chicken and steak hibachi and he was fine.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
