a chicken salad and sofritas bowl. There were 2 front of the store employess, one making the order and one on register. and 3 employess in back in the kitchen talking. The store was not busy, after us there was a total of 4 customers(daughter and I and one other couple) in the store and nobody was cleaning. we had to ask the employees to clean a table for us. EVERY single table was dirty in the restaurant. we were stepping on food underneath and around our table. We did not finish eating because both of us started not feeling good. We got home 20 minutes later and both my daughter and I had sever diarreaha the minute we walked in the door. I threw up as well. We did not eat anything else that day. could not call the store for they do not accept phone calls except for food orders . My daughter returned to Florida 8/10/22 and still does not feel well and experiencing diarreaha. I have worked in the restaurant industry for over 20 years and because my daughter wanted this place so we went, however I cannot ever visit another after being severely ill for the last 2 days. Please report this issue , a health inspector needs to go in that restaurant.

My husband ordered Barbcoa bowl with rice, pinto beans, cheese, sour cream, lettuce and mild source for lunch on 2/16/2020. He started headaches from 6pm and felt chill with nauseas from 6:30pm. He vomited all what he ate and had to go to bed after that.

After eating a chicken bowl, guacamole and chips, the horrible stomach cramps started. My stomach bloated out to where I couldn't even breathe. Fever and sweat started running down my face and back. Cramps became more severe and I ended up puking while sitting on the toilet.
Felt a little better and then ended up with massive bile like diarrhea and cramping that came in waves of pain. I thought that Chipolte had cleaned up their act after all of the public outcry. Not so! They should be shut down,

A few days ago I decided to give Wingstop a try especially since a new one opened near me. I ordered a split of boneless and bone in wings with a side order of fries around 1830. Not only did my fries taste old and burnt, but
at least two of the bone in chicken wings tasted weird. I've been sick since around Monday and it feels like I'm feeling worse. I have a combination of diarrhea and constipation, nausea, lightheadedness, dizziness and a headache. In the morning if it doesn't get better, I'm going to the hospital.

Additional information: I had been drinking Ryze Mushroom Matcha for about a month and a half before the onset of daily episodes of
chills, fever and tremors, starting sometime between 10:30a and 1:30p. At first I was not sure of the relationship and sought treatment from my PCP who could not find any cause after examining me and in his office. During my second episode he sent me to the ER because my fever would not respond to ibuprofen. A battery of tests were done (urinalysis, CT scans of head, pelvis, and abdomen, chest x-rays, EKG, full blood work analysis) and no apparent cause was found, so I was put on a broad spectrum antibiotic as a precaution. I voluntarily stopped drinking the Ryze Mushroom Matcha for a few days, although my PCP and the ER doctor did not think it could be the cause, and I did not have the fever and tremors on the days I did not drink it. Once I felt totally recovered and was done with the antibiotics, I drank my usual cup of Ryze Mushroom Matcha, but only about half the cup. Within 4 hours after drinking it, I had another episode of severe chills, tremors, and a fever which finally subsided about 4 hours after taking 800mg of Motrin. It's taken a few days for my body to recover, but I have stopped drinking the Ryze Mushroom Matcha and I have not had any recurring episodes. The closest drop-down was Rhyze Mushrooms, but that’s not correct. I ordered the Ryze Mushroom Matcha from ryzesuperfoods .com.
