We brought home macaroni salad, chicken tenders and general tsos chicken. Along with French steak rolls (bread). Ate around 9 pm and started symptoms of projectile vomiting and severe diarrhea. I ordered the chicken alfredo pasta and spinach and feta cheesy bread on June 15, 2018 at about 7:30 pm. Felt fine until around 10 or 11 pm that night where my bowels were loose. We ate about eight o'clock in evening. I ordered artichoke garlic bread and baked spaghetti. About three hours later I got bloating light headedness vomiting diarrhea chills.
