This recall extends only to Sun International stores in Florida, Brookshire Brothers stores in Texas, and OK Produce - Grocery Outlet in California.

The affected Kimchi Hot 14 oz were isolated to 420 cases from Lot # 48528201, 420 cases from Lot # 48858701, 150 cases from 49003901 & 130 cases from 49003901-W0 product of USA.

Grocery Outlet in California. The affected Melissa's Kimchi Hot 14oz were sold from bulk displays between the dates of December 15, 2023 through December 21, 2023.

The recall was as the result of an internal finding of an product artwork review by Melissa's Design/Artwork department which revealed that the printed artwork was mislabeled and did not have an allergen listing of "Fish". World Variety Produce, Inc. has ceased the production and distribution of the product as FDA, World Variety Produce, Inc. continues their investigation as to what caused the issue.

Consumers who have purchased the affected Kimchi Hot 14 oz listed above are asked to return them to the place of purchase for a full refund.

is not declared on the wiener product label. These items were shipped to retail locations throughout Ohio. There have been no confirmed reports of adverse reactions due to consumption of these products.

The recalled product is:
-2-lbs. vacuum-sealed packages labeled “BROOKSIDE BRAND FULLY COOKED NATURAL CASING BEEF WIENERS” with the lot code 3121, case code 07658, and sell by date of 8/1/23.

The product subject to recall bears the establishment number “EST 10125” inside the USDA mark of inspection. The problem was discovered when the establishment notified FSIS that one of their customers reported receiving product labeled as beef wieners in cartons labeled as hot smoked sausage. The vacuum-sealed packages labeled as beef wieners were then found to contain the smoked sausages.

FSIS is concerned that some product may be in consumers’ refrigerators. Consumers who have purchased these products are urged not to consume them. These products should be returned to the place of purchase.

The Yellow Flesh Peaches are a product of Chile and may have a PLU sticker with the words “CHILE” and “TREE RIPE YELLOW PEACH” and the numeral 4044.  Potentially affected product was received from a distributor and shipped to store locations between 4/15/22 and 4/24/22. 

Due to the fresh nature of the product, no fresh fruit is expected to be in any household, but consumers who may have frozen or otherwise preserved this item may have it in their possession. Any consumer who may have purchased bulk Yellow Flesh Peaches from a Brookshire Grocery Company retail store between 4/15/22 and 5/17/22 and still has them in their possession should dispose of the product immediately. 

No illnesses have been reported to Brookshire Grocery Company to date. The recall is a result of random sampling conducted at Brookshire’s distribution center by the Texas Department of State Health Services after potentially affected product was shipped to stores and which revealed a positive test for Listeria monocytogenes.

She said yes actually my sister is a nurse and I am too. I asked why she was working here if shes a nurse. She told me she caught a felony charge. After that the employees asked me to leave. So I did knowing I could technically get in trouble. Again I was trying to let them know calmly in a serious manner but they were clearly not trying to hear it. So here I am reporting it now. The order took place last night at 8:15 by the time of the reciept. Beltbuster combo with cheese, large tots, large dr pepper and 2 steakfingers. Total 14.85.
