I ate a sofitas bowl with guacamole, corn, rice, and Pico around 830pm around 10pm I started to suffer a headache and about 11pm diarrhea. About 11:45pm started to feel fatigued and nauseous.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Headache, Fatigue

Last night I ordered a small fried rice and 2 egg rolls from here. I finished my dinner around 730 pm. By 900 pm I was vomiting until 230 this morning. Zero sleep, nausea, and diarrhea. Missed work.
