3 月 16 日，也就是我的生日，我两次来过这个地方，吃了同样的东西，那就是橙鸡和炒饭。第二天我的胃抽筋了，我开始感觉一周了，所以我去了，当我醒来时我发冷了，我正在燃烧... 我发烧了 103 所以我用湿毛巾来减少发烧，腹泻也在继续...休养花了两天半的时间，但是我的室友/朋友去过同一个地方吃同样的鱼，现在已经在床上生病了...

We ate dinner around 3-4pm but it was definitely not the dinner, we ate homemade pasta. Anyways later around 9:39-10 we ordered 2 shakes and both started puking hours later, for the whole day  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

My brother and I ordered a chicken and steak bowl for the each of us, it included; hot sauce, peppers,sour cream,guacamole, and peppers. At night I threw up feeling nauseous and so did my brother a few hours later. We are both not feeling well at all and both have fevers  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

今天下午 24 点左右为我的丈夫和儿子买了 2 个芝士汉堡包和 20 块金块。自晚上 7 点以来，他们现在都有腹泻、胃痛和恶心。两人都吃了芝士汉堡，只有我儿子吃了掘金，所以我相信他们生病了芝士汉堡。他们需要像我一样去素食主义者  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 胃痛

so me ad my parents wre done shopping and it was my dads birthday, i love chillis so we went out and we have never got sick from chillis, it's the most sanitary place. but after I ate there chicken sandwich the very next day woke up with nausea and fever the must have not cleaned something.  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心

Had spinach and romaine lettuce with honey mustard and hard boiled egg topping, caesar salad, Joans Broccolli Madness, strawberry lemonade (that contains pieces of fresh strawberries), ice water, potato leek soup, chili and a gluten friendly muffin.
